Dr. Alexander Ivanov graduated Moscow Institute of Fine Chemical Technology and obtained PhD in
Zelinskiy Institute of Organic Chemistry, Moscow, Russia in the field of catalysis. Further, he worked
7 years in fundamental and applied science for development of materials and catalysts for refinery
processes.
Last 14 years Dr. Alexander Ivanov is working in nitrogen&syngas industry. 4 years ago he joined
KBR Technology for the position of Chief Technical Leader in Syngas Department of Moscow
Branch of KBR. His focus area is licensing of grassroot ammonia and nitric acid plants and revamps
of vintage ammonia plants.
Elisa Puci received a master’s degree in Chemical Engineering in 2007 at the Polytechnic University of Turin in Italy. After her graduation she started as a Process Engineer for thermo-electrical power
plants at Maire Tecnimont in Italy.
In 2011 she joined Stamicarbon in the Technology department as Urea Process Engineer. In her role
she is responsible for preparing process design packages for melt and granulation plants. She is
member of the finishing team to further professionalize and develop the finishing technologies within
the Stamicarbon technology scope.
As Sales Account Manager for Russia/CIS, Alexander Slyusarenko specializes in hydrogenation, oxidation, and emission control catalysts. He joined Clariant in 2019 From 2013 to 2019, he worked as Regional Manager and Technical Coordinator for two international catalyst providers, focusing on emission control solutions.
Alexander Slyusarenko holds an Engineer’s degree in Power Engineering from Bauman Moscow State Technical University, Russia’s oldest and largest technical university.
Venkat has started his consultancy firm known as “SVP Chemical Plant Services” in providing technical services to the ammonia, urea industry across the globe.
The main activity is management of sales of products and services for Efficient Natural Recourses division of Johnson Matthey PLC and business development on the markets of FSU and several Eastern Europe countries; consulting and support of the customers for the products and services, their features, performance and application, in particular, with relation to the range of ammonia catalysts, ammonia oxidation catalysts, N2O abatement catalystsfor nitric acid production.
